Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform machining, repair, refurbishment, and preventive maintenance on conveyors and mechanical components.

You will operate a lathe, measure parts with vernier calipers and micrometers, and coordinate with the maintenance team to restore equipment reliability. Willing to work shifting schedules and overtime at Paciano, Calamba Laguna.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Technology or related technical course.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• TESDA certificate for machining.
• Experience with conveyor systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate lathe and other machining equipment for repair and fabrication.
• Repair and refurbish rollers, shafts, bearings, bushings, and conveyor parts.
• Assist maintenance team during PM, breakdowns, and installations.
• Ensure components meet dimensions and tolerances.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in machining areas.
