Job summary

Responsibilities

• Transaction Recording: Log daily financial entries across cash, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Accounts Payable: Review vendor invoices, match to purchase orders, and issue payments.
• Accounts Receivable: Prepare client invoices, log incoming payments, and pursue overdue balances.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly bank accounts
• Reporting: Generate monthly trial balances, income statements, and balance sheet reports.
• File Management: Maintain organized physical and digital records of receipts, invoices, and vouchers.
