Job summary

DATEM INC. is seeking an experienced Precast Manager to lead and oversee all operations within our precast yard. The role is full-time and based in Cavite City, Cavite, Philippines, with responsibility for production efficiency, quality standards, budgeting and team leadership.

You will manage daily operations, production schedules, and staff development while ensuring compliance with HSE protocols and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in precast concrete manufacturing or related construction production environments.
• Prior supervisory or management experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Strong knowledge of precast systems, structural design, plant operations, material behavior, and connection design.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the precast department in line with company standards and safety regulations.
• Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of precast products.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead, train and develop precast department staff.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and control costs.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Liaise with procurement and other departments for material supplies.
