• Ability to read production drawings and use basic Excel/ERP systems.
• High urgency mindset—you make smart, calm decisions under heavy deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the Floor: Drive daily factory output across CNC, bending, welding, painting, assembly, wiring, and packing.
• Execute & Optimize: Translate weekly master schedules into clear, daily targets; assign manpower and machines efficiently.
• Smash Bottlenecks: Anticipate delays, monitor material availability, and build instant recovery plans when lines fall behind.
• Collaborate: Conduct daily production meetings and coordinate seamlessly with Engineering, Warehouse, and QA/QC.
• Enforce Excellence: Maintain high-standard safety, housekeeping, and strict production discipline.
