Job summary

PeopleStrong in the Philippines is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead the planning, coordination, and on-site supervision of precast construction activities. The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering and 5–8 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of erection methods and lifting plans.

You will coordinate with design, production, logistics, subcontractors and clients to meet project milestones while ensuring safety and compliance with project specs.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in precast construction.
• Strong knowledge of erection methodologies, lifting plans and structural drawings.
• Experience coordinating with design, production, logistics, subcontractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise execution of precast works at site.
• Ensure erection is safe and complies with drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate with design, production, logistics, subcontractors and client teams to hit milestones.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, crane ops and material availability to optimize productivity.
• Conduct quality inspections, maintain erection records, and prepare daily reports.
