Job summary

The role involves fieldwork, site visits, and occasional travel to meet client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a IT-related degree, practical experience in tech support or pre-sales, and strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or engineering.
• Experience in technical support or pre-sales is an advantage.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel; valid driver's license and motorcycle a plus.
