Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager in the Philippines to lead the development of technical solutions for Power Quality and Power Distribution. You will act as the primary pre-sales technical resource, partnering with sales teams, channel partners, customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated, competitive solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8-10 years in pre-sales, solution design, and technical support for data center infrastructure or similar.
• Experience in designing and architecting integrated data center and critical infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and validation of integrated solutions across PQ, PD, cooling, and DCIM/EPMS.
• Provide SME input throughout the solution lifecycle from requirements to commissioning.
• Develop cost-effective, scalable, and compliant configurations; identify value engineering opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and external partners to develop competitive solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, BOMs, specifications, and supporting documentation for engagements and bids.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and training to customers and partners.
• Support bid strategy, risk assessments, and improve win rates.
