Job summary

The role involves client presentations, POC activities, and comprehensive proposal documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field.
• 24 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or related IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience in solution design, proposal development (BOM/SOW) and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as CCNA, AWS, or Microsoft Azure are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account managers to identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities while understanding client requirements.
• Design and present end-to-end technology solutions across IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data protection, VoIP, and business continuity.
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, POC activities, and technical workshops.
• Develop detailed technical documentation including proposals, BOM, SOW, and solution designs aligned with client needs.
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and technology partners to ensure accurate pricing, licensing compliance, and solution compatibility.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business-focused value propositions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support bid management activities, including RFPs, RFQs, and other tender processes.
• Stay current with emerging technology trends, industry developments, and competitive solutions.
• Ensure smooth handover of solutions to post-sales, delivery, and implementation teams.
