Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager in the Philippines to lead the development of technical solutions for Power Quality and Power Distribution. You will act as the primary pre-sales technical resource, driving architecture, validation, and technical compliance while collaborating with sales, partners, and customers.

Responsibilities include solution design, lifecycle support, and delivering compelling technical proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• CDCP certification is a strong advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Filipino and English.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution design, or technical support for data center infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and validation of integrated data center & infrastructure solutions.
• Provide SME support throughout the solution lifecycle from requirements to commissioning.
• Develop cost-effective, scalable, compliant configurations for customer needs.
• Prepare technical proposals, BOMs, specifications, and documentation for bids.
