Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Business Development Manager for its EMEA Critical Power Solutions Business Unit, focused on driving growth across Data Center key accounts. The role requires strong business development skills and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Data Center industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or a related role within the Data Center industry.
• Solid understanding of electrical equipment requirements in low-voltage applications and Data Centers.
• Proven ability to take initiative and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute CPS business development actions within large Data Center key accounts.
• Establish a strong framework of cooperation with key account teams.
• Drive increased product and application knowledge across the Data Center sales ecosystem.
