Tier 10 Philippines Inc. is seeking an on-site professional in Makati with 1-3 years of experience, holding a Bachelor's in Engineering.

The role focuses on engaging with clients to understand requirements, proposing tailored MEP and data center solutions, and delivering compelling proposals that drive growth. Responsibilities include leading site visits, coordinating with engineering for drawings and specs, and delivering technical demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Industrial) required.
• 2+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or MEP-related engineering.
• Knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical, Plumbing) is an advantage.
• Preferably with Data Center experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel for client/site visits.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their product requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and deliver accurate, compelling proposals that drive business growth.
• Lead client site visits to assess needs, evaluate systems, and identify opportunities for tailored solutions.
• Partner with the engineering team to translate client requirements into cost-effective proposals, technical drawings, and system specifications that support successful sales outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, product orientations, and technical demonstrations.
• Build and maintain good client relationships, addressing concerns and offering after-sales support.
• Monitor ongoing projects and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and product development initiatives.
• Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and documentation required by management.
