Job summary

Globe Group in the Philippines is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead the design and execution of complex data center solutions for clients. You will manage CPRs, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safe, on-time delivery while maintaining budget compliance.

You will be the primary client-facing technical representative, shaping proposals, overseeing BOMs, and guiding engineering teams through site visits and deployments.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of specialized experience in pre-sales engineering or design/solutioning of electrical or mechanical systems.
• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Extensive data center experience with independent project execution.
• Strong client-facing and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with AI rack deployments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solution design & proposal management for enterprise data center projects.
• Generate and manage BOMs, coordinate with vendors for lead times and costs.
• Liaise with vendors and maintain a vendor proposal repository.
• Engage with clients, accompany site visits, and present data center offerings.
• Ensure technical designs meet safety and operational standards.
• Maintain adherence to the DCSP Playbook and data sensitivity requirements.
