NVISION Digital Solutions Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to support sales teams with technical requirements and to conduct site assessments for AV/display solutions.

The role involves preparing quotations, reviewing specs, and coordinating with suppliers for technical documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or IT and has 2+ years in pre-sales or technical sales support, with strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
• At least 2 years of pre-sales, technical sales support, or related engineering experience.
• Experience with AV, display, digital signage hardware/software solutions; knowledge of AV/IT hardware and cabling.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales teams in gathering and confirming technical requirements.
• Conduct initial site assessments, including space, mounting, and power requirements.
• Recommend suitable products, configurations, and solution packages.
• Prepare draft quotations, technical components, and cost breakdowns.
• Review specifications, quantities, compatibility, and quotation accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers for product specifications and technical documentation.
• Assist in product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Prepare technical materials, layouts, solution outlines, and supporting documents.
• Assist with compliance matrices and technical documents for government bids.
• Coordinate with the Service Team on site surveys and installation requirements.
• Coordinate task priorities and support requirements with the Sales Team Leader.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Visio, and basic AutoCAD/layout tools.


• At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales support, or related engineering roles.


• Experience with AV, display, digital signage, and related hardware/software solutions.


• Knowledge of AV/IT hardware, structured cabling, and basic electrical requirements.


• Strong technical, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.


• Able to understand technical requirements and recommend practical solutions.


• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-focused.


• Willing to travel for site checks, demos, and client support when required.
