Role purpose
Help potential clients understand how our services and AYATA can support their project environment. The successful candidate will work between sales, consultants, product teams and clients, translating client problems into clear service or solution requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Join discovery calls with prospective clients.
- Ask structured questions about project environment, pain points, workflows, reporting, controls, contract administration and digital systems.
- Explain Capital Contracts, Atlas CCM and AYATA capabilities in practical business language.
- Support AYATA demonstrations where digital workflows, dashboards, records, approvals or reporting are relevant.
- Prepare client requirement summaries after discovery meetings.
- Help define whether the opportunity is suitable for consultancy services, AYATA platform support, training, project controls assistance or a combined solution.
- Support proposal preparation, scope notes and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with technical consultants, project controls specialists, commercial specialists and product/development teams.
- Identify risks, gaps, unclear requirements or unrealistic client expectations.
- Avoid making final pricing, legal, contractual, software delivery or implementation commitments without approval.
Required Experience
- 5+ years in construction, project controls, contract administration, commercial management, project coordination, SaaS implementation, business analysis or pre-sales consulting.
- Experience with construction, infrastructure, energy, mining, industrial or capital projects is preferred.
- Experience explaining technical or professional services to clients.
- Understanding of project records, reporting, workflows, approvals or digital systems is an advantage.
