Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a senior communications professional to develop and execute the organization’s public relations and media engagement strategy to strengthen corporate reputation and trust among stakeholders.

You will serve as the primary liaison with media, oversee crisis communications, executive visibility, and stakeholder engagement, and work closely with the Institutional Media Relations Team and senior leadership to align communications with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, journalism, media relations, or integrated communications.
• Proven ability to write press releases, news stories, features, speeches, and other communications materials.
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual public relations and media relations strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
• Manage media relations, press materials, conferences, and executive interviews.
• Create and coordinate content across communications channels; ensure messaging remains consistent.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and the Institutional Media Relations Team to align communications with organizational goals.
