Job summary

STAFFVIRTUAL, Inc. is seeking a PPC Specialist (Remote) to own a portfolio of Google Ads accounts from day one. You’ll structure campaigns, set bidding strategies, write ads, and optimize for clicks and conversions for local service clients.

You’ll work independently, monitor performance, adjust keywords and budgets, stay current with platform updates to uncover growth opportunities, and adapt to a graveyard shift while collaborating with the team remotely from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience.
• Ability to manage accounts independently with minimal oversight.
• Expert knowledge of keyword match types and search term management.
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Solid grasp of Google Ads auction and Ad Rank factors.
• Self-starter mindset: take initiative, solve problems, and be accountable.
• Experience with local service businesses, call tracking platforms, or CRM integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Overview: We're looking for a PPC account manager who can take full ownership of a portfolio of Google Ads accounts from day one. You'll be trusted to manage accounts independently: making strategic decisions, spotting problems before they're pointed out, and finding new ways to drive results for our clients. If you need step-by-step direction, this isn't the right fit.
