Job summary

STAFFVIRTUAL, Inc. is seeking a PPC Specialist (Remote) to own a portfolio of Google Ads accounts from day one. You’ll structure campaigns, set bidding strategies, write ads, and optimize for clicks and conversions for local service clients.

You’ll work independently, monitor performance, adjust keywords and budgets, stay current with platform updates to uncover growth opportunities, and adapt to a graveyard shift while collaborating with the team remotely from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience.
• Ability to manage accounts independently with minimal oversight.
• Expert knowledge of keyword match types and search term management.
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Solid grasp of Google Ads auction and Ad Rank factors.
• Self-starter mindset: take initiative, solve problems, and be accountable.
• Experience with local service businesses, call tracking platforms, or CRM integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Structure campaigns and ad groups to meet client goals.
• Manage budgets and pacing for monthly spend.
• Write compelling ad copy and assets that drive clicks and conversions.
• Mine search term reports and maintain negative keyword lists.
• Adjust match types, bids, and keyword coverage based on performance.
• Improve Quality Score and Ad Rank to lower costs.
• Implement offline conversion tracking, connecting CRM, call tracking, and lead data back to Google Ads.
• Ensure each account measures what matters to the client.
• Think beyond best practices to improve account performance.
• Stay current on platform updates and beta features, bringing new ideas to the team.
• Contribute to proposals and account strategy for prospective clients.
