Garage Door Marketing Lab is seeking a Paid Ads Expert (Google Search PPC) for 100% remote work, hiring from the Philippines or India. You will own Google Search Ads strategy across a portfolio of garage door clients and coach the existing PPC manager, while applying senior-level analytics and AI-enabled workflows.

Must have 3+ years agency-side Google Ads PPC, CRO instincts, GoHighLevel experience, and the ability to work Arizona hours.

• 3+ years senior Google Ads PPC experience on the agency side.
• Strong CRO instincts focusing on landing pages, offers, forms, and tracking.
• GoHighLevel experience with workflows, pipelines and automations.
• Daily use of AI in your workflow.
• Experience coaching or mentoring other PPC staff.
• Must be able to work Arizona hours: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Develop Google Search Ads strategy for a client portfolio.
• Manage Local Service Ads and related workflows.
• Ensure conversion tracking integrity with GA4, GTM, server-side, CallRail.
• Lead landing page CRO and offer testing.
• Set up GoHighLevel automations for search and inbound.
• Mentor the existing PPC manager with audits and SOPs.
• Provide monthly reporting tied to CPA and ROAS targets.

Paid Ads Expert (Google Search PPC, 100% Remote)

100% REMOTE. Hiring from the Philippines or India. $11 to $17 USD per hour DOE. 1099 contractor, 40 hours per week, permanent. Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM Arizona time.

The Role

You will own Google Search Ads PPC plus the conversion stack for a portfolio of garage door clients. You will work alongside our existing PPC manager, coaching and guiding him while running senior level strategy yourself.

If you are senior on Google Ads, comfortable in GoHighLevel, and you actually use AI in your daily workflow, this is your seat.
