Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Day to day you'll be managing client PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, (and eventually ChatGPT). From keyword strategy and bid management to writing, testing, and refining ad copy, all in service of one thing; lead generation for the client.

While the day to day will vary, you'll work on things like:

• Managing client PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and wherever else the strategy calls for it.

• Writing, testing, and iterating on ad copy.

• Digging into campaign data and running case studies to find trends worth acting on.

• Adjusting bids, refining keyword strategy, and making the changes the data tells you to make.

• Working closely with the rest of the team to hit client goals and deadlines.

• Keeping a pulse on what's changing in SEM and PPC (new features, new best practices, certifications worth chasing) and bringing it back to the work.

• Getting on the phone with clients regularly to walk them through performance, share wins, and go through what's next.

Requirements:

• 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns. Do not apply if you've never run Google Ads or equivalent digital marketing ad campaigns.

• A solid grasp of internet marketing and how the pieces fit together.

• Sharp attention to detail, typos and sloppy math don't fly here.

• Comfortable in a close-knit team, and comfortable juggling multiple clients and deadlines at once.

• Creative yet analytical

• Ability to talk to clients confidently on Zoom or the phone.

• Fluent, polished, professional communication, spoken and written.

Preferred:

• Experience with ad platforms outside of Google and other search engines (i.e. Mountain, Vibe, etc)

• Google Ads and Analytics certifications.

• Familiarity with medical or medical office terminology.
