Candidate should have 4+ years in industrial maintenance or project coordination, with exposure to power plant or heavy industry facilities. Knowledge of Maximo, SAP, and Primavera is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 4 years in industrial maintenance or project coordination.
• Hands-on exposure to civil/structural maintenance in power/heavy industries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution of civil and structural maintenance projects.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with specs, quality, and HSE.
• Use CMMS (Maximo) to manage work orders and project tracking.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Suppliers for effective execution.
