Job summary

BTSMC Managing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a PROJECT INTEGRATED ACTIVITY PLANNER to be assigned in Pagbilao, Quezon Province. The role focuses on managing workstreams and contractors' schedules, delivering planning expertise, and identifying risks across the project lifecycle.

The candidate should have 5–10 years of project experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and proficiency in Primavera or MS Project, Google Suite, and MS Office. Willingness to be assigned to Pagbilao is required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project experience with at least 1 asset rejuvenation or brownfield projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Licenses & Certifications in Planning and Schedule are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements CEPO Project Control Services Integrated Activity Planning Procedure and coordinates with CEPO Project Planning Manager to standardize Schedule Control in projects.
• Estimate and prepare the project baseline plan and hierarchical plans using input from project workstreams, ensuring credibility and compliance with planning principles.
• Set up and manage planning activities, schedule updates, S-curve reporting, and progress validation to keep timelines and milestones on track.
• Prepare and submit scheduled Project Progress reports highlighting gaps, opportunities, causes, and recommendations to return to plan.
• Ensure baseline plans are credible through peer reviews, benchmarking and audits to inform decision makers.
• Provide input to cost controllers and engineers on schedule impacts, integrating budgets with the project plan.
