Job summary

San Miguel Global Power seeks a Maintenance Planning Engineer for its Limay, Bataan plant to plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

You will manage Work Orders, coordinate shutdowns, oversee CMMS, monitor KPIs, and ensure spare parts availability while collaborating with Maintenance, Operations, Technical Services, Procurement, Warehouse, and third-party providers.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional engineer with knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, CMMS, and plant maintenance.
• Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage Work Orders and coordinate shutdowns/outages.
• Oversee CMMS management, KPI monitoring, and spare parts planning.
• Drive maintenance improvement initiatives and ensure proper resource allocation.

Job description

We are looking for a Maintenance Planning Engineer to support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance activities at our Limay, Bataan plant.

The role is responsible for maintenance planning and scheduling, Work Order management, preventive and corrective maintenance, shutdown/outage planning, CMMS management, maintenance KPI monitoring, spare parts planning, and maintenance improvement initiatives.

The position will work closely with Maintenance, Operations, Technical Services, Procurement, Warehouse, and third-party service providers to ensure maintenance activities are properly planned, resourced, coordinated, and executed.

The ideal candidate is a Licensed Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in industrial operations, maintenance, or maintenance planning. Experience in the power industry is highly preferred.

Candidates should have knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, maintenance planning and scheduling, CMMS, plant maintenance, and Microsoft Office.
