BTSMC Managing Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Outage Planning Engineer for a 3-4 month project-based assignment in Mariveles, Bataan.

The role focuses on planning and preparing plant outages, coordinating scope reviews, spares, consumables, and schedules, and managing resources with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Engineering, a PRC license, 4+ years in power plant maintenance, and at least 1 year of project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• PRC License required.
• At least four (4) years in power plant maintenance experience.
• At least one (1) year of relevant project experience.
• Power Plant Maintenance and Practices; Plant Diagnostics and Problem Solving.
• Control Systems; Work Planning, Execution, Reports and Records Management; Outage and Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Plans and prepares scheduled outages by reviewing scope, spares, and consumables.
• Schedules activities, coordinates with stakeholders, and manages resources.
• Coordinates outage scopes with O&M, engineering, and asset management teams.
• Compiles recommendations and lessons learned from previous outages.
• Creates outage final reports and facilitates outage readiness/execute indicators.
• Prepares outage budget and monitors it during execution.
• Assists in long-term maintenance planning, including a 10-year outage plan.
