Job summary

HIPRA is seeking a Technical Services Manager for Poultry to boost the subsidiary’s technical service, training, and support for the commercial team. You will focus on prevention strategies and maintain strong relationships with key players.

The role requires a Veterinary Medicine degree, excellent English, and 5 years’ experience in the Species market with a proven network. A proactive, team-oriented leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• Good command of English.
• 5 years of work experience on the Species market with key contacts in the country.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the medium- and long-term species plan (3 years).
• Lead the technical services within the territory and stay current on veterinary matters.
• Advise customers on product use and support training of the sales team.
• Support subsidiary marketing activities and identify contractual opportunities.
• Lead, manage and motivate the team with goal tracking and monthly reporting.
