Qualifications

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine with active veterinary license.
• Fluent in local language and proficient in English.
• Minimum 5 years in poultry industry with hands-on field experience.
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead nationwide technical services activities for the poultry sector.
• Contribute to development and execution of medium- and long-term strategic plans for poultry.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the technical team with clear objectives and performance tracking.
• Provide veterinary consultancy on poultry health, farm operations, and product use.
• Partner with sales to deliver tailored technical support to customers, esp. integrator accounts.
• Conduct regular farm visits to provide on-site technical support and recommendations.
• Support the commercial team with training sessions, seminars, and knowledge sharing.
• Manage relationships with key industry stakeholders and KOLs, coordinating with global teams.
