Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Broiler Breeder Project & Technical Manager to lead a hybrid role overseeing farm operations, veterinary oversight, and research execution. The position requires strong leadership in breeder performance, hatchability optimization, and data-driven decision making.

The candidate should have a DVM with 5–10+ years in broiler breeder operations, PRC and Driver’s licenses, and the ability to train staff and engage with external technical advisory across national scope.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) is required.
• 5–10+ years in broiler breeder operations.
• Fertility and hatchability optimization experience.
• Experience in veterinary health programs or field advisory is preferred.
• PRC License and Driver’s License are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee farm operations and production performance.
• Lead feed trials and collect reliable data.
• Serve as the technical expert in broiler breeder production.
• Provide veterinary oversight and biosecurity management.
• Lead staff development and team performance.
• Manage data reporting and analytics.
• Provide external technical support to the feed business and field engagements.
