Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Broiler Breeder Project & Technical Manager to lead a broiler breeder research farm, optimize fertility and hatchability, and provide veterinary oversight. Hybrid role with farm ops, data reporting and external technical support across national scope.

Requirements include DVM, 5-10+ years in broiler breeder ops, PRC and Driver's licenses, Excel proficiency, and strong leadership and communication skills for technical advisory and field engagement.

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) – Required.
5–10+ years in broiler breeder operations.
PRC License Required.
Driver's License.
Strong experience in veterinary health programs.
Fertility and hatchability optimization.
Experience in technical advisory or field support preferred.
