Job summary

OS1 Solutions Inc. is seeking a proactive IT professional to install and support external customers post-sales, while continuously studying our products. The role includes attending trainings, pursuing certifications, and supporting pre-sales activities such as design, BOM, SOW, POC, and demos.

Candidate should hold an IT-related degree, have networking knowledge, and be comfortable with server platforms (Microsoft or Linux). Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and provide post-sales support to external customers.
• Conduct testing, simulation, and continuous study of products and solutions.
• Attend trainings and vendor events to broaden knowledge and skills.
• Provide pre-sales support including design, BOM, SOW, POC, and demos.
• Offer technical assistance to other business groups as needed.
