The role coordinates Sales, Finance, Legal, Product and Customer Success to translate signed deals into active services.

The candidate will support API integrations, contract accuracy, and cross-functional handoffs, while driving process improvements and governance in a hybrid APAC work model.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in Deal Operations, Order Management, Revenue Operations or related post-sales function preferred.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Zendesk; familiarity with order management and billing systems.
• Understanding SaaS/usage-based billing and revenue recognition principles.

Aufgaben

• Onboard clients and support API integrations with CPaaS products.
• Validate contracts, pricing, terms, and product configurations for accuracy.
• Enter orders and manage costing in internal systems; ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate post-sales handoffs to Finance, Legal, Product and CS.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and training for deal operations.
• Monitor KPIs like processing time, errors, and backlog.
