Job summary

8x8 is seeking a Deal Operations Specialist to ensure that closed deals are accurately executed across internal systems, enabling seamless customer onboarding and revenue recognition. This role acts as the bridge between Sales, Finance, Legal, Product and Customer Success to move deals from signed to in service without friction.

The position requires contract validation, order entry, data integrity across CRM and billing, and collaboration with Finance to enforce revenue rules in a hybrid APAC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in Deal Ops, Order Management, or Revenue Operations (CPaaS, SaaS, or telecom background a plus).
• Proficiency with JIRA and Zendesk; familiarity with SaaS billing.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts for accuracy, completeness and policy compliance.
• Validate pricing, terms and product configurations before order entry.
• Enter and manage orders and costing uploads in internal systems.
• Maintain data integrity across quoting, CRM, billing and provisioning platforms.
• Coordinate with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure deals align with revenue recognition rules.
