MicroSourcing is seeking a Sales Order Processing Specialist to join our onsite night-shift team in the Philippines. You will manage dedicated email orders, enter details into the CRM, coordinate invoicing with Accounting, and track shipments while ensuring timely acknowledgments to customers.

• Accuracy and attention to detail in high-volume data entry or admin work.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms; Salesforce/HubSpot is advantageous.
• Strong written English for order confirmations and internal comms.
• Moderate spreadsheet skills (formulas, sorting, multi-tab workbooks).
• Ability to work independently during a fixed overnight schedule aligned with US business hours.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home-office setup or serviced office space.
• Strong organizational skills and following established processes.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor dedicated email inbox for incoming sales orders from company reps.
• Enter customer details, items, quantities, pricing, and terms into CRM.
• Submit invoice requests to Accounting for each processed order.
• Record and update shipment details in tracking sheets.
• Confirm order receipt and entry with submitting sales rep.
• For customer orders, send acknowledgment with ship date (same/next day).
• Escalate inquiries to Customer Service Team Lead; avoid further correspondence.
• Flag incomplete/unclear orders for clarification before processing.
• Maintain accurate records across CRM, invoicing, and shipment tracking.
• Monitor order backlogs, identify discrepancies, and escalate risks to supervisor.
• Participate in shift rotation and provide coverage per schedule.
