Job summary

Sonak Corporation in Muntinlupa is seeking a Junior IT Software Specialist to implement and maintain OMS and POS systems, and to support cloud services. You will help with testing, bug fixes, and end-user guidance to meet business needs while coordinating with project management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field and 1–3 years of relevant experience. Occasional after-hours work may be needed, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of software development and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Occasional after-hours work for system maintenance.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain OMS and POS systems and cloud services.
Support software solutions for OMS and POS; perform system testing and identify failure points.
Coordinate with Sr. IT Software Specialist/Project Manager to evaluate changes and risks.
Provide end-user training and guidance on system usage and best practices.
Manage user access and roles within each software; document known errors and maintain a knowledge base.
Monitor cloud environments (Google Cloud and AWS) for performance and reliability.
