Qualifications

• Technical Vocational graduate or any Technical-related college degree or undergraduate.
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in Basic Windows Applications.
• Has a motorcycle, updated driver's license, and ORCR.
• Experience in providing good customer service is an advantage.
• Willing to do fieldwork and work on holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill and manage clients service requests efficiently.
• Deploy new terminals and provide on-site checking.
• Test and calibrate installed equipment for functionality.
• Train merchants on functionality and care of deployed terminals.
• Provide on-site technical support to customers.
• Maintain clear communication with customers.
• Submit field service and related reports on time.
• Manage and hold responsibility for company assets.
