Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Portfolio Risk Analyst to review loan portfolios, monitor model quality, and support policy decisions. You will design analyses, prepare projections, and escalate risks as needed.

The role calls for advanced SQL and Python skills, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with product, collections, finance, and modelling teams to drive portfolio quality and reporting automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Strong knowledge of Credit Risk and Collections principles.
• Advanced data analytics and data-driven decision frameworks required.

Responsibilities

• Review loan portfolio and model quality consistently.
• Plan, oversee & maintain reports and dashboards to support reviews.
• Design & conduct analyses for credit policy development (eligibility, profitability, losses).
• Document policies for management notification & approval and ensure implementation.
• Prepare financial projections, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing on the portfolio.
• Identify and escalate risks, and interface with cross-functional teams to drive decisions.
• Automate reports and processes and perform ad hoc analyses as required.
