Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Makati is launching a pre-opening Revenue Coordinator/Revenue Analyst role to drive revenue management and distribution strategies. You will support system setup, dashboards, and forecasting for Rooms, Events, Catering and total hotel revenue as the team scales from pre-opening through stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis, Reservations or Commercial Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Rooms Revenue Management and Meetings & Events Revenue Management.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience with HMS, Delphi, IDeaS, SynXis or similar systems preferred.
• Pre-opening experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Opening Commercial Setup: Support pre-opening revenue and distribution strategies and test PMS/CRS/RMS systems.
• Strategic Revenue Management: Monitor trends and forecast rooms, events, and total hotel revenue.
• Reservations, Events & Catering Revenue Management: Track function space and catering profitability, prepare forecasts.
• Distribution & Channel Optimization: Monitor OTA, GDS, brand.com and third-party channels; ensure rate parity and inventory accuracy.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports and dashboards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Revenue, Sales, Events, Marketing, Reservations and Finance teams.
