Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a detail-oriented fund accounting professional to join our team in the Philippines. You will manage trades, calculate fees, and perform daily reconciliations while collaborating with accounting on system implementations and reporting tasks.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of fund accounting experience, a CPA or Master’s degree is preferred, and strong analytical and communication skills to ensure zero-error data reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required or preferred.
• CPA certification or a master’s degree is preferred.
• 2–3 years of direct fund accounting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade holdings allocations and track trades via Bloomberg.
• Calculate management and incentive fees for funds.
• Book entries in OMS/PMS systems.
• Perform daily cash, position, and trade reconciliations.
• Collaborate with accounting on system and reporting implementations.
• Assist with data analytics and internal/external reporting tasks.
• Execute fund capital tie-outs for private equity funds.
• Generate PNL and holdings exposure reports using Bloomberg.
• Support year-end audit processes with auditors and admin.
• Assist with review of fund tax returns and K-1s.
• Support compliance-related matters and ad-hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage trade holdings allocations and track open/fulfilled trades via Bloomberg
• Calculate management and incentive fees
• Booking entries in OMS/PMS
• Perform daily cash, position, and trade reconciliations
• Work closely with the accounting team on projects that include system and reporting implementation
• Assist team with data analytics and various internal/external reporting tasks
• Perform monthly/quarterly partners' capital tie-outs for private equity funds
• Execute weekly cash reconciliations and transaction classifications in QuickBooks
• Generate and distribute PNL reports and holdings exposure reports using Bloomberg
• Work on year-end audit process in collaboration with auditors and the administrator
• Work on review of fund tax returns and K-1s
• Assist with compliance related matters
• Work on with ad hoc projects

Requirements

Job Requirements and Credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA certification or master’s degree
• preferred.
• A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of direct experience in end-to-end fund accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting systems (Quickbooks, etc), and trade-order management systems (Bloomberg, etc.) would be preferable.
• Demonstrated ability to perform reviewer-level validation of accounting data packages and financial statements.
• Excellent time management and task management skills, with the proven ability to efficiently handle multiple accounts and high volume trading activity.
• The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented and can work independently.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexibly adapt to business needs by taking ownership of ad‑hoc tasks, cross‑functional projects, and urgent requests.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with strict attention to detail for zero‑error data reporting.
