Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Marketing and Project Management professional in Metro Manila to develop portfolio and product programs aligned with branch objectives. You will identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive CASA growth, present proposals with budgets and measures, and manage the creation of all required communications.

You will coordinate with internal and external partners to produce materials, oversee launches, and train frontline staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably Marketing related course.
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in project management and marketing.
• Can conceptualize, implement and manage various programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop portfolio and product programs to support business objectives of the Branch Banking Group.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience to drive growth in CASA.
• Conceptualize and present proposals to Branch Banking Group, including budgets and performance measures.
• Prepare agency briefs and schedule meetings with advertising/design agency.
• Manage design, development and production of all communication materials (print and digital).
• Coordinate with internal/external partners for production and deployment of collateral materials and updates to stakeholders.
• Execute project launches and coordinate with service providers for implementation requirements.
• Develop and conduct training/orientation presentations for front liners of internal/external partners.
• Ensure materials comply with branding guidelines and are delivered on schedule.
• Ensure updates to projects, communications, policies and procedures are reflected across all channels.

• Conceptualizes and presents proposals to Branch Banking Group, including implementation procedures, budgets and performance measures.
• Prepares required agency brief and schedules meetings with the advertising/design agency.
• Manages the design, development and production of all required communication materials (printed and online or digital).
• Coordinates with internal and/or external partner contacts for production and deployment of collateral materials and system support, fulfillment of project requirements, and updates all project stakeholders on the progress.
• Executes plans for project launches and coordinates with service providers in completing requirements for the project implementation.
• Develops and conducts necessary training or orientation presentations for front liners of internal and/or external partners.
• Ensures that all assigned communication materials are developed in accordance with the branding guidelines, produced and delivered on agreed schedule.
• Ensures that updates in relation to assigned projects, communication initiatives, policies and procedures are implemented in all communication channels, i.e., printed, online or digital, and internal briefings, e.g. branches, business units, etc.
