Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Completed High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School with at least 1 year of B2C sales experience serving international clients.
• Proven ability to convert warm leads into actual sales, beyond order processing or basic upselling and cross-selling.
• Background in customer-centric service industries such as healthcare, insurance, or telecommunications; retail experience is not preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a strong advantage, particularly familiarity with medical terminology and patient interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Contact patients referred by partner clinics and convert them into paying customers.
• Assess patient eligibility to access their services
• Explain financial implications of access to services
• Address customer questions and concerns, secure online service agreements, and facilitate online payments.
• Handle incoming calls and transfer inquiries to appropriate departments.
