Job summary

Qualifications

Pollution Control Officer

Location: Taguig City / ASG Operations

D.M. Consunji, Inc. (DMCI) is looking for an Environmental Officer to join the Allied Services Group (ASG) and support its operating groups, including the Equipment Management Group (EMG), Concrete Products Group (CPBU), and Formworks Group.

JOB SUMMARY

The Environmental Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating environmental compliance and pollution control activities across ASG and its operating groups.

The role ensures that environmental requirements, permits, monitoring activities, documentation, and regulatory obligations are properly implemented and maintained. The position also provides technical environmental support to internal operations and external clients, conducts environmental inspections and assessments, identifies potential environmental risks, and recommends appropriate corrective and preventive measures.

The Environmental Officer will also support the EHS Head in maintaining regulatory compliance, improving environmental performance, and ensuring reliable delivery of environmental services to internal and external customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and coordinate environmental compliance activities across ASG operating groups


• Monitor environmental permits, regulatory requirements, and compliance obligations


• Conduct environmental inspections, assessments, and risk evaluations


• Identify potential environmental hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions


• Support pollution prevention and control initiatives


• Prepare and maintain environmental reports, records, permits, and compliance documentation


• Monitor and analyze environmental data and prepare technical reports


• Coordinate with relevant departments, project teams, and regulatory agencies when necessary


• Provide technical environmental support to internal operations and external clients


• Assist the EHS Head in improving environmental performance and maintaining regulatory compliance

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education:
Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields, and

with PCO (Pollution Control Officer) Certification.

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in environmental management, pollution control, construction, industrial operations, manufacturing, facilities, or environmental services


• Experience in regulatory compliance, environmental monitoring, reporting, and coordination is preferred
