ALFC INSURANCE AGENCY CORPORATION is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Cebu City team. You will review policy documents, coordinate with sales staff and clients, and help move the policy process from quotation to issuance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Confident, persuasive, and has good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process Policy Issuance Documents (PIDs), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Sales Associates, clients, and internal departments to complete policy requirements.
• Monitor assigned accounts and support the policy process from quotation to issuance.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor transaction status, and prepare necessary reports.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including document filing and record management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality standards.
