ALFC Insurance Agency Corporation seeks a Sales Coordinator to provide reliable administrative and coordination support to the Sales Department. You will help prepare, organize, and file sales-related documents and records, and assist in processing and monitoring documents and transactions.

Coordinate with clients, sales personnel, and other departments as needed, ensuring timely submission of required documents and maintaining orderly physical and electronic records.

Qualifications

• At least college level; experience in similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on weekends when required by business operations.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team.
• Prepare, organize, and file sales-related documents and records.
• Assist in processing and monitoring of documents and transactions.
