ALFC INSURANCE AGENCY CORPORATION is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to join our Dasmariñas team. You will drive sales, build client relationships, and process documents while meeting deadlines.

The role requires fieldwork, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work under time constraints. A business, sales, or marketing background is preferred, with prior sales or customer service experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, and customer service is an advantage.
• Confident, persuasive, creative, pleasant, proactive, and customer service oriented.
• Able to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
• Willing to do fieldwork/travel for work purposes.

• Achieve sales targets and quotas in assigned areas.
• Acquire new clients and maintain strong business relationships.
• Prepare and endorse documents.
• Regularly updates the monitoring and ensure all needed date are complete.
• Maintains good relationship with existing clients and sources new clients in order to grow the business.
• Handles inquiries and concerns in timely manner.
• Support the development and distribution of marketing plans, projects, promotions, and advertising materials.
• Perform other assigned work-related functions as needed.

What we're looking for

• Preferably with degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or other related course or College level.
• Relevant experience in sales , marketing, and customer service will be an advantage.
• Should be confident, persuasive, creative, pleasant, proactive and customer service oriented.
• Can work completely and accurately under time constraints and deadlines.
• Should have strong convincing power.
• Willing to do fieldwork / travel for work purposes
