No experience is required, making it ideal for fresh graduates. The position emphasizes accuracy, filing discipline, and collaboration with underwriting leads within a structured, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or at least Senior High Graduation.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Issues policy/endorsements via OS Ticket, E-mail, and PAS.
• Determines completeness and clarity of underwriting information before encoding/issuance.
• Validates discrepancies in requests from Supervisor or requesting party.
• Coordinates with Underwriting Line Heads on applications beyond guidelines.
• Ensures processing and issuance of documents align with company rules.
• Ensures all documents and PAS/working papers are filed intact.
• Provides feedback on GENIISYS performance by reporting deficiencies via JOR.
• Ensures proper handling of fixed assets and reports defects.
• Encodes, tags, and updates status of quotations and accounts on hold.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
