• Monitor balances in CTPL accounts and coordinate for sufficient funds.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of policy issuance and operational tasks.
• Maintain documentation and records related to policy issuance activities.
• Coordinate with teams to address issues and follow up on requests.
• Perform other tasks to support daily department operations.
