Accenture Philippines invites you to join as a Customer Service Representative - Insurance in Cubao, Quezon City. You will review documents, verify agent and license details, analyze data, and encode records to support policy administration.

We welcome college graduates, associates, or undergraduates with 1–2 years in Insurance, Healthcare, Retirement Services or Financial Accounts. This is a full-time, on-site role with shifting schedules and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Open to college graduates, associate degree holders, and undergraduates who completed at least 2nd year in college and with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to determine appropriate handling.
• Encode agent, license, and commission details accurately.
• Update agent records and create/post correspondences as needed.
• Identify next steps based on workflow and initiate transactions.
