Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years as poker dealer and competent in dealing the game.
• Tertiary education is preferred but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in the Asian gaming market is desirable.
• Sound knowledge of poker games variety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure poker games and tournaments run smoothly following rules and regulations.
• Monitor and enforce house rules to maintain game integrity.
• Ensure dealers collect correct rakes for each game dealt on the table.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and disputes professionally and timely.
• Train and mentor poker room staff to uphold service standards and game integrity.
• Create games and assign guests to tables according to wait list.
• Assist guest registrations.
