Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a US General Contractor Estimator to support estimating, scheduling, procurement, and project documentation for podium and multi-family projects. The role involves coordinating project requirements, preparing take-offs, and maintaining records from planning through completion.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of GC estimation experience, US construction exposure, proficiency in PlanSwift or On-Screen Takeoff, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

4–5 years of general contractor estimation experience.
Experience estimating for US podium projects preferred.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) required.

Responsibilities

Prepare take-offs across CSI divisions for multiple scopes.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for deliveries and logistics.
Maintain project records, budgets, schedules, and procurement documents.
Produce regular project status reports and KPI metrics.
Support RFI generation and submittal reviews for procurement.
