Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking an experienced Project Estimator/Coordinator to support pre-construction and project execution for multifamily construction. You will prepare accurate cost estimates, coordinate documentation, and assist with procurement and scheduling to maintain timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years GC estimating experience, including 3+ years estimating U.S.-based projects, and proficiency in takingoffs and bid analysis. Multfamily experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is preferred.
• 4–5 years GC estimating experience.
• Minimum 3 years estimating U.S.-based construction projects.
• Experience estimating across multiple CSI divisions.
• Multifamily (apartment) estimating experience preferred, 150+ units.
• Experience with large-scale multifamily developments; $50M+ projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, process, and track POs and change orders per project.
• Assist with invoice processing and budget verification.
• Organize and track project documents (contracts, permits, compliance, submittals).
• Maintain accessible and up-to-date project records.
