Job summary

Global Staff Network is seeking an experienced Estimator/Contracts Administrator for our Quezon City site. The role covers tendering, procurement, contract administration, cost control, and project support across high-end residential projects.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Site Supervisors, balance commercial and technical duties, and ensure Procore-based processes are consistently applied from buyout to close-out.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, trade scopes, procurement, and cost management.
• Previous experience as a Site Engineer, Project Engineer, Leading Hand, Supervisor, Estimator, or Contracts Administrator is highly regarded.
• Advanced proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and Excel for estimating, tendering, RFIs, document control, variations, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and prepare detailed takeoffs from architectural, structural, and consultant docs.
• Prepare preliminary budgets and detailed project estimates.
• Review docs for inconsistencies and pricing risks; support value engineering.
• Develop cost plans and reports for stakeholders; manage procurement schedules.
