Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or similar.
• 1–3 years experience handling and verifying Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Experience in large-volume billing and working in a big team.
• Experience using Excel and data encoding for POD details.

Responsabilités

• Ensure Proof of Delivery and billing policies and procedures are followed.
• Verify documents submitted by vendors or POD team members.
• Coordinate with the Invoicing team for POD handovers and transfers.
• Support review, monitoring, and reporting with strong statistics management.
